To provide a beam structure flexure element and a load measurement method, in which influence (eccentric error) of force couple to be caused by a load position of an object to be measured is erased independently of the load position, and even when load is applied to any position, only the real load can be known, and when necessary, the load position can be known and both of the load and the load position can be simultaneously known.
The beam structure flexure element has both ends respectively as a load side terminal part and a fulcrum and is composed of a parallel plate beam structure, a parallel beam structure (H groove type parallel beam) having a cross section of an H groove shape, a simple veneer beam structure, or a beam structure having a plurality of concaves or protrusions in a venner beam between both the end parts. By acquiring stress or displacement of a plurality of places caused by deformation of a flexure part of the beam structure flexure element as electric signals and performing comparative arithmetic processing of mutual signal values, the load value and the load position are simultaneously acquired.
