Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing for an idler pulley which can suppress the deformation of a slinger.SOLUTION: A slinger 6 has a sleeve part 7 which is fit to an external peripheral face of an inner ring 12, and a flange part 8 which extends toward the outside of the sleeve part 7 in a radial direction from an end part of an axial direction. An annular protrusion 7a protruding to the inside of the radial direction is formed at the sleeve part 7 over the whole periphery, and an annular recess 12d to which the annular protrusion 7a of the sleeve part 7 is fit, and an annular tapered part 12e which is inclined to the inside of the radial direction as progressing toward both end parts in the axial] direction, and extends up to both the end faces 12f in the axial direction of the inner ring 12 are formed at both the end parts of the external peripheral face of the inner ring 12 in the axial direction over the whole periphery.
