Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bearing seal which can be integrated in a seal unit body, in a sensor assembling state, and in a bearing assembling state; facilitates handling and assembling of a sliding part, and gives proper sliding resistance.SOLUTION: Between a first seal component 2 having a large-diameter ring 21 on the outermost part and a second seal component 3 having an inside annular portion 31 on the innermost part, an elastic seal ring 4 is provided so as to rotate and seal the first and second seal components about an axis. The first and second seal components, and the elastic seal are fixed in an axial direction by a seal retaining ring 6 and a fixing member 5. On either one of the first or second seal components, a rotation sensor 7 is provided. The large diameter ring is pressed in an inner diameter end 13a of a bearing outer ring, and a labyrinth seal is formed on an inside annular portion 31a side. Or, the inside annular portion is pressed in an outer diameter end of a bearing inner ring, and the labyrinth seal is formed on the large diameter ring side.
