Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of operation by movably hanging a form device being connected by bolts through the rear brackets of form panels and having a timbering, a bench, etc., on a rear and assembling and disassembling the form panels.
CONSTITUTION: Brackets 22a, 22b are mounted on joint surfaces with adjacent panels on the rears of a plurality of form panels 15 disposed along the sectional shape of a concrete structure, and joined mutually by bolts and nuts. A form device 7 with a timbering 16, a working frame 20, an elevation jack 24, etc., is suspended movably on the rears of the assembled form panels 15 in the vertical direction. Main reinforcements 5, hoops 6, etc., are arranged, the form device is surrounded by the form panels 15 and concrete is placed, and the form panels 15 in solidified sections are disassembled gradually while removing clamping bolts on a lower bench 20c with successive upward construction. Accordingly, concrete can be placed continuously efficiently even in a high structure such as a pier.
