To provide a bearing support and its manufacturing method for solving the problem of generating clearance between bearings and clearance between the respective bearings and a seat by completely aligning the bearings.

This bearing support has a bearing assembly 2 including at least a pair of bearings 3 and 4 arranged on the same axis and mutually separated in the shaft direction by at least one spacer member 5 and 6. The bearing support 1 has a sheath 7 injectably molded on an outside surface of the bearing assembly. The sheath is particularly used for a fan casing adapted to a fixation by storing the bearings in an aligning state for preventing the bearings from vibrating in operation.
