The bearing type nut comprises a drive nut and a bearing sleeve. The bearing sleeve is designed for integral molding, and a through-hole is provided in the outer diameter of the bearing sleeve to communicate with an annular ball rolling groove in the inner diameter of the bearing sleeve. The through-hole is provided with a retainer extending from the annular ball rolling groove of the bearing sleeve to intercept the through-hole.
