Abstract:
To suppress occurrence of wear in a connection part of a bearing and an axle box without increasing the possibility of occurrence of damage in the axle box or the bearing.
The bearing 10 is equipped with an outer ring 1, an inner ring 2 disposed on the inner peripheral side of the outer ring 1, a plurality of rollers 3 as rolling elements, and a coating layer 5 as a wear-resistant film. The rollers 3 are disposed between the outer ring 1 and the inner ring 2. The coating layer 5 is formed on the outer peripheral face of the outer ring 1.
