To provide a notebook computer stand which facilitates expansion and enables a user select any angle and an elevation angle as well to allow the computer, a television set or the like to be used at a position or at an angle desired by the user in a limited space range which the user obliged to live on a bed resulting from a sickness, body trouble or the like is able to operate.
The bed-fixed notebook computer stand has a base part back plate and a fixed-side fixing plate which are connected with two pairs of double cross stays to enable the position of the base part to move back and forth. Changing the length of the two-rows cross stays is able to change a direction of the base part. Changing the length of a base part fixing chain between a base rest plate and the back plate allows the rest plate to change its elevation angle to any angle from the right angle. A clamp is fixedly inserted into crosspieces of the bed, allowing the user to operate an input, an information retrieval or the like on the computer on the bed.
