Title:
BEER MUG OF GLASS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08242999
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce fine bubbles when beer is poured by subjecting the inner surface of a beer mug of glass to a sandblasting process.
CONSTITUTION: The inner surface C of a beer mug of glass is subjected to a sandblasting process to generate a complicated surface structure, and beer poured from a bottle mouth A is agitated by this surface to form a liquid containing carbon dioxide gas, etc., whereby the produced bubbles are finer than those produced by a conventional mug having a plain surface. The size of sand to be blasted should be set to #80 Thus, a fine sense of taste is generated with the visual effect of the fine bubble, i.e., the whity beauty of fine creamy bubbles.
