Abstract:

CONSTITUTION: An electric type controller 50 consists of a micro computer 52 and a drive circuit 54, and signals from a vehicle speed sensor 56, a lateral acceleration sensor 58, a yaw rate sensor 60 and vehicle wheel speed sensors 62FL-62RR are inputted into the micro computer 52 respectively, and at the time of turning behadior control start, the vector sum of the longitudinal acceleration Gx and the lateral acceleration Gy of a vehicle body is operated, and in the case of vehicle wheel deceleration being less than a reference value Gi, the feed/discharge of accumulator pressure in regard to a wheel cylinder 38FL or 38FR of turning outer wheel is maintained until discrimination to the effect that the turning outer wheel deceleration Vwd of the front wheel side has surpassed the reference value Gi is conducted. As a result, the sudden pressure increase of the turning outer wheel braking pressure of the front wheel side is carried out, and the excellent responsiveness of behavior control is secured.
