Title:
BEHAVIOR SIMULATION METHOD FOR TIRE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2006056380
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To accurately simulate behavior of a tire in analysis of the tire by a numerical analysis method such as a finite element method (FEM).

In order to simulatedly analise the behavior of the tire, when calculation is performed while the tire is made corresponding to a numerical value calculation model, the element number for dividing the tire mode is set to 8 or more in a ground-contact surface of the tire. The element number for dividing the tire model is set such that a frequency of time series data of product of the circumferential division number of a tire case part and tire number of revolution per second becomes twice or more the target frequency and the frequency of time series data obtained by dividing a tire advancement speed by a tire advancement direction element size becomes twice or more the target frequency (step 100, 101, 102). Thereafter, a road surface is modeled and rolling analysis is executed (step 104-110).
