Title:
FLUORESCENT LAMP AND ITS MANUFACTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3107370
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the productivity of a fluorescent lamp by eliminating such a complicated process that one stem is fixed to a tubular bulb, then the other stem is fixed to a central electrode.
SOLUTION: In a mount 10, at least one stem is used as a bead stem 5, and a central electrode 4 is fixed between lead-in wires. A weight 6 formed with a metal member in a rod shape is fixed to the end, on the outside of a bulb, of a lead-in wire 5a on the bead stem 5 side so that the axis becomes in a straight line as the lead-in wire 5. The mount 10 is hung within the tubular bulb so that the bead stem 5 and the weight 6 come downward. When the mount 10 is formed, even if stems 3, 5 are fixed to both ends of the central electrode 4, the stems 3, 5 are easily fixed to the tubular bulb 7.
