Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a continuously variable transmission in both of an axial direction and a radial direction by suppressing axial enlargement of a movable sheave and radial enlargement of a centrifugal mechanism by directly connecting a boss portion of the movable sheave and a ramp plate of the centrifugal mechanism without using a nut, in a belt-type continuously variable transmission in which both of a first shift mechanism by an actuator and a second shift mechanism by the centrifugal mechanism are combined to axially shift the movable sheave.SOLUTION: A ramp plate 41 of a centrifugal mechanism 40 integrally includes a plate boss 41b surrounding a boss portion 22b of a movable sheave 22, and a plate body portion 41a projecting radially outward from the plate boss 41b to hold a centrifugal weight 43 with a cam member 42 of the centrifugal mechanism 40, and peripheral faces opposed to each other, of the boss portion 22b of the movable sheave 22 and the plate boss 41b are directly connected 70 to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
