PURPOSE: To enable surely pinch even when a holding member is eccentric by connecting pinching dies rotatable on a plane paralleling to the pinching direction for a work.

CONSTITUTION: In a bending metallic die by which bending is carried out in a state in which a work 1 is pinched by a pinching die 5 connected to a holding member 7, the pinching die 5 is connected to the holding member 7 rotating on a plane paralleling to the pinching direction for the work 1. Therefore, since the work is uniformly pressurized by the pinching die 5 whose pinching center is automatically moved to a position coinciding with the center of the work 1 even when the holding member 7 is eccentric from the center of the work 1, a defective bending caused by an offset load and a generation of flaw on the surface of the work is prevented.
