Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bending system, a V-groove position measuring device and a bending method, capable of forming a bent part of sheet metal highly accurately and stably.SOLUTION: A bending system 10 includes a V-groove position measuring device 20, and a panel bender 30 having a clamper 34 and a bending machine 30a. The V-groove position measuring device 20 is used for measuring a formation position of a V-groove formed on a surface of a steel plate. On the basis of the measuring result of the V-groove position measuring device 20, the clamper 34 adjusts the formation position of the V-groove of the plate member to a bending position while holding the steel plate. The bending machine 30a bends the steel plate clamped by the clamper 34 at the formation position of the V-groove as a bending line.
