Abstract:
To provide a treating or preventive medicinal composition for injury treatable or preventable with an antispasmodic.
The therapeutic activity is obtained by a compound represented by formula (1), wherein Y is CR1, R1 is cyano or the like, R2 and R9 are H, R3 and R4 are a 1-4C alkyl, R5 is hydroxy, R6 is a 1-2C alkyl, R7 is fluorophenyl, R8 is H or a 1-6C alkyl and R8-N-CO-R7 is positioned at trans site to R5.
