Abstract:
To provide serum settled problems of instability and short half-life each caused by natural GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) molecules.
The new complex comprises the GLP-1 molecules combined with bivalent metal cationic ion coprecipitating with the GLP-1 molecule. The method for applying the complex to improve insulin secretion in Langerhans islet B cell is provided as a therapeutic treatment of adult onset diabetes mellitus of mammals especially human, and a medicinal composition is also provided.
