To provide a betting ticket issuing machine which issues betting tickets with a reservation betting function by associating a betting set number with each race number based on a recognition result of a reservation betting recognizing part and also issuing a betting ticket to which information showing that they are continuous betting is added.

A betting ticket issuing machine 1 consists of a betting information inputting part 2, a betting ticket processing part 4, a displaying part 5 and a center communicating part 6. When a purchase amount is inputted by using an OMR card 8, it is accepted and a race number and a set number which are reserved are inputted. That is, the card 8 on which betting information such as different exercises, the name of a place where races are performed, a race number that performs continuous bets, reservation vetting information that shows continuous betting, the betting set number of each race and a betting amount are described is inputted to the part 2. Because the betting acceptance of a race is performed in a race unit, this is repeated until an optional reservation number is inputted, following the inputting of 1st race number and set number, and when inputting is completed, a betting ticket is issued.
