To pay to a fan advertising revenue obtained by printing an advertisement on a betting ticket for public racing in addition to a dividend.

This system has means for printing an advertisement object on the back or surface of the betting ticket for the public gambling, counting the number of sheets of the betting tickets which are printed or issued, and calculating the total advertisement charge by multiplying the counted number of sheets with a single cost of a prescribed advertisement charge. It also incorporates the total amount or a part of the cost into the refund for the race as an advertisement charge dividend, displays the amount of money on a monitor etc., and calculates to allocate an individual refund for a betting ticket.
