To provide a beverage extraction apparatus capable of retaining a filter for filtering beverage, clean and extracting the high-quality beverage.
This beverage extraction apparatus includes a cylinder 23 having an opened lower surface, a filter block 27 for filtering beverage with a filter 27a, and a scraper 29, when the filter block 27 is located at a first height position, moving from a standby position to an extraction discharge position along the filter 27a, coming into slide contact with the filter 27a and scraping and discharging extractions G on the filter 27a. After the beverage is taken out from the cylinder 23 via a filter block 27, the control means moves the scraper 29 from the standby position to the extraction discharge position, with the filter block 27 located at the first height position, then lowers the filter block 27 to a second height position and returns the scraper 29 to the standby position.
