To provide a beverage supply device which does not require to install a piping only for drainage, can easily drain the water in a water storage tank, and can supply a sanitary beverage.
The beverage supply device includes an extractor unit 2 for preparing the beverage by extraction and delivering extraction lees, a hot-water supply unit 4 for supplying water from a hot-water tank 52 to the extractor unit 2, a lee bucket 93 for storing the delivered lees, and a control device for controlling the hot-water supply unit 4 and the extractor unit 2. The hot-water supply unit 4 supplies a prescribed amount of water necessary for preparing the beverage during a beverage preparation mode, and supplies all water in the hot-water tank 52 during a tank drainage mode. The extractor unit 2 is constituted to permit the leakage of supplied water, prepares the beverage using the water supplied during the beverage preparation mode, and leaks out the water supplied during the tank drainage mode.
