Abstract:
To provide a beverage extraction device capable of preventing easy closure of a channel and easy overflow of hot water.
An extraction chamber 30, in its inside, is provided with a filter 800 for storing a filter bag and the like and preventing the outflow of an object to be extracted. The filter 800 is formed with a direct communication part 300 for directly communicating a discharge opening end 29a with a return flow 15, and a filter interposition communication part 310 for communicating the discharge opening end 29a with the return passage 15 via the filter 800, inside the extraction chamber 30.
