Abstract:
To provide a low-cost beverage filling system without impairing performance such as stationary cleaning.SOLUTION: The beverage filling system comprises: a sterilization part that sterilizes a product liquid; a storage part that temporarily stores the product liquid supplied from the sterilization part; and a filling part that fills a container with the product liquid supplied from the storage part. The filling part includes a third cleaning/sterilization mechanism that generates a cleaning fluid for cleaning the container; a filling unit that fills the container with the product liquid; and a circulation path that passes through the third cleaning/sterilization mechanism and the filling unit. The third cleaning/sterilization mechanism carries out stationary cleaning and stationary sterilization of a mechanical component of the filling part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
