Abstract:
To provide a biaxial mixer capable of swiftly dispersing each object to be mixed immediately after being charged to a mixing tank.SOLUTION: A biaxial mixer comprises: a first mixing tool 10 having a blade 11 and rotating around an axis line L1 as a rotation center; and a second mixing tool having a blade and rotating around an axis line L2 as a rotation center. In the biaxial mixer for circulating and moving an object 90 to be mixed by the blade 11 of the first mixing tool 10 and the blade of the second mixing tool so as to be kneaded, either of the blade 11 of the first mixing tool 10 or the blade 11 of the second mixing tool is provided with a projection 100 for dispersion having a feed part 110 and a return part 120. The feed part 110 can guide the object 90 to be mixed located in the side of a surface 11a of the blade 11 to a feed direction D1 along the surface 11a, and the return part 120 can guide the object 90 to be mixed located in the side of the surface 11a of the blade 11 to a return direction D2 going from the side of the surface 11a to the side of a back surface 11b to disperse the object 90 to be mixed to the feed direction D1 and the return direction D2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
