The bilayer extrusion machine comprises a first extrusion machine 51 comprising: a mold 4 having a first inlet 41, a second inlet 42, and an outlet 43; a first supply port 501; a first discharge port 511; and a first screw 521, a second extrusion machine 52 comprising: a second supply port 502; a second discharge port 512; and a second screw 522, a first electromagnetic flowmeter 61, a second electromagnetic flowmeter 62, a first motor 531, a second motor 532, and a controller 7 which is electrically coupled to the first electromagnetic flowmeter 61 and second electromagnetic flowmeter 62 respectively. The controller 7 controls rotation speed of the first motor 531 and second motor 532 for making average flow rate of a first material 11 and second material 22 equal on the outlet 43, based on flow rate of the first material 11 and flow rate of the second material 22.
