Abstract:
To provide an aqueous prescribed material containing a silane modified polymer binder with a siloxane content and inorganic nano-particles, its manufacturing method and its use for a method for manufacturing an aqueous coated composition.
An aqueous copolymer containing a polyorganosiloxane with a hydroxyl group and modified with a specific kind of silane in combination with an inorganic nano-particles is suitable for manufacturing a coated material with remarkably improved anti-scratching properties, a superior gloss very low cloud (clouding degree) and thus having a remarkably improved scratch resistance.
