Abstract:

To provide a binding by which the processing of a base plate can be easily performed, and also, the supporting of a heel cup and the sliding at the time of a position adjustment can be performed under a stable state.

This binding is used to fix boots to a snowboard, and is equipped with a base plate, the heel cup 12, and a high back 13. In this case, the base plate is fixed on the snowboard. The heel cup 12 is connected with the base plate. The high back 13 is turnably connected with the heel cup 12, and supports the back surface of the boots. Then, at respective attaching base sections 12a of the heel cup 12, a horizontal guiding leg piece 12b, which is engaged with the lower surface of the base plate, is integrally formed.
