Abstract:
PURPOSE: To relieve the load of a driving circuit and to contrive a low power consumption by adding a switch to a termination circuit.
CONSTITUTION: A switch 8 driven by an input signal is provided to resistors R1, R2 and the resistors R1, R2 and the switch 8 constitute the termination circuit 10. The switch 8 is controlled to be opened in the operating state of drive circuits 5, 6 to relieve the load of the driving circuits by a control circuit 7. A resistor R5 is used to stabilize the line impedance in opening the switch 8 to relieve the effect on the driving circuits due to line open fault and a high resistance may be enough for the purpose.
