Abstract:
To provide a blade drive device in which the thickness in the direction of the optical axis is reduced.SOLUTION: Provided is a blade drive device, comprising: a base member for holding a blade member that is movable so as to shield at least a portion of an opening centering around the optical axis; a lens barrel provided with a slit into which the blade member is insertable and attached to the base member; and an actuator for driving the blade member into an open state or a closed state. At least a portion of the opening is shielded by the blade member when the blade member is in a closed state and the opening is not shielded by the blade member and the tip of the blade member is inserted into the slit when the blade member is in an open state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
