In a blade diving device, between a bottom plate 1 and a cover plate 3, there are provided at least one blade and an electromagnetic actuator for operating the blade in a reciprocating manner, and a fixing member 9 is formed of a magnetic metal material so as to have a U-shaped cross section, and has two plane portions 9a and 9b facing each other and having flexibility and having protrusions 9c and 9d formed at open ends thereof, and the fixing member 9 fixes the bottom plate and the cover plate to each other so that the two plane portions 9a and 9b sandwich both plates, in such a manner that the protrusion 9c is engaged with a groove 1c formed in a recess 1b of the bottom plate 1 and the protrusion 9d is engaged with a groove 3m formed in a recess 3k of the cover plate 3, and in such a fixed state the electromagnetic actuator is disposed between the two plane portions 9a and 9b.
