Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brazing method for aluminum alloy clad material by which corrosion of the inner surface of the aluminum alloy clad material can be effectively prevented.
SOLUTION: In the brazing method for aluminum alloy clad material having the aluminum alloy containing at least both of Si and Cu as a core material and a surface material on the one side surface of this core material and a brazing material on the other surface, the aluminum alloy clad material is heated to a brazing temperature to perform the brazing, and the aluminum alloy clad material brazed with such a way, is cooled at 70°C/min-300°C/min cooling speed.
