To provide a blending device for a cement concrete admixture in which the cement concrete is hard to flow back towards an admixture feeding pipe.
A cylindrical rubber member 130 is loaded to a gap s between an upstream tube section 110a and an exterior ring section 113b in a mixing vessel (the blending device for the cement concrete admixture) 101. An accelerator is made to flow into a downstream tube section 110b through a channel 132, which is formed on the external surface of the rubber member 130 as a trench-like accelerator channel 132 by supply pressure of the accelerator, when adding it from an accelerator supply tube 120 to a pressure feed tube section 110. On the other hand, the accelerator does not flow backward into the accelerator supply tube 120 as the rubber member 130 reverts to fill the gap s tightly when the feeding of the accelerator is stopped.
