Title:
BLOCK MEMBER TAKEOUT DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS63288806
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To automate taking out block members in a device for taking out a packaged block of chewing gum or the like by pushing block members in the rear line among those stacked in tiers by means of a pusher, taking out each line from the front end, and lowering the pusher when one tier has been taken out.

CONSTITUTION: Block members b are arranged in a U-shaped case 9 along its length and width in tiers, and disposed under a box frame 24. A conveyor 13 is lowered and set at the same height as a supply roller 43, where a pushing plate 32 and the supply roller 43 are driven. Then the pushing plate 32 advances for the length of a block b to push the rear end of the top tier. The pushed block members b are sent from the supply roller 43 to the conveyor 13 to be carried out. If one tier is taken out by repeating this, the frame 24 is lowered by a tier, and taking out is repeated for the next tier. By this constitution, taking out can be automated.
