Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood component separating device capable of stably securing a white blood cell removal ratio, surely transferring the liquid, and shortening a transfer time.
SOLUTION: This blood component separating device 1 provided with a blood bag 30 having a main bag 31 and plural sub-bags 30, and automatically transferring the blood components in the main bag 31 separated into plural layers by centrifugal separation, to each of sub-bags 32, 33, 34, is composed of a pressing means 4 of the main bag 31 having an upper pressing plate 11 and a lower pressing plate 12, an interface of blood component detecting means 3 separated into plural layers by centrifugal separation, and a main control part 6 of the interface detecting means 3 and the pressing means 4, the movement of the pressing means 4 is controlled by the main control part 6, and an interface detecting position L1 and an interface waiting position L12 are controlled to be equal to each other regardless of a Ht value of the blood.
