Abstract:
To provide a new technique for acquiring blood flow information of a living body with a simpler method.SOLUTION: A blood flow measurement device performs blood flow measurement by using optical coherence tomography. The blood flow measurement device includes a data acquisition part, a phase image formation part, an area specification part, a size specification part, and information generation part. The data acquisition part acquires time series data by repeatedly scanning a cross section intersecting with an attention blood vessel of a living body. The phase image formation part forms a plurality of phase images of time series in the cross section based on the time series data. The area specification part specifies the blood vessel area of each of the plurality of phase images formed by the phase image formation part. The size specification part specifies the size of the blood vessel area specified by the area specification part. The information generation part generates information representing a secular change of the size specified by the size specification part about the plurality of phase images.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
