Abstract:

PURPOSE: To realize an automatic device for changing a selected tool by structuring plural bending blades to be rotatable and selectively usable.
CONSTITUTION: A bend beam 15 is constituted of an oscillating beam 47 and a body 49 for changing tools. On the outer circumference of a tool holder drum 33 that is axially supported on the body 49 for changing tools, plural pairs of upper and lower bending blades, e.g., acute-angled upper bending blade 17a, acute-angled lower bending blade 19a, right-angled upper bending blade 17b, right-angled lower bending blade 19b, segmental bending blade 59, specially bending blade 61, etc., are provided. In order to process the work W held between a bottom die 5 and a top die 13 with these bending blades, the tool holder drum 33 is freely rotated, selectively driven, positioned and fixed; and thereby a standard bending, louvered work, acute-angled bending, etc., are readily processed.
