Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board container capable of securing sealing of a junction section between a lid and a container body, even if the location of the junction section is at a distant position from a clamping means.
SOLUTION: A container comprises an external box 3 containing an internal box receiving boards, a lid 4 covering the external box 3, a clamping means 7 pressing the lid 4 against the external box 3, and a sealing item 6 put in one of the sealing grooves oppositely disposed all around the junction between the lid 4 and the external box 3, and pressed by the opposite face of the other sealing groove to keep seal. The ribs 19 and 20 are projectingly disposed on at least one of the opposite face of the sealing groove and the height of the ribs 19 and 20 from the opposite face is made minimum in the area directly pressed by the clamping means 7 and gradually increasing to the furthest point from the clamping means 7.
