Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily execute the judgement of propriety in the action of a driving body with high speed response.
SOLUTION: Each action of the driving body from starting to completing in the opening/closing action of a die, the supplying action of the molten metal into the die and the ejecting pin action for taking out a product from the die after casting, is directly detected with a limit switch 3. The detected value is compared with the standard action time stored in a memory 11 and displayed on a displaying device 13. The displaying device 13 displays the detected present action time with a graphic line in the real time and further, the action time at the previous time of casting and the action time at the optimum time are displayed in each graphic line. In the case the present action time is out of the preset upper limit value and lower limit value, an alarm is outputted with an alarm unit 15.
