To provide an on-board electronic device, an on-board display system, and an on-board display device that determine whether or not a display unit (monitor) is to be moved, which is installed in a car and can be moved between an open position and a close position, based on the open/close of doors of the car and the presence/absence of a passenger so as not to hinder the passenger from getting in/off the car while the video images displayed by the display unit are configured to be not missed.
The on-board electronic device 1 has a controller 10 and a car information acquisition unit 12. The controller 10 determines whether or not the display unit 15, which is installed in the car and can be moved between an open position and a close position, is to be moved. The car information acquisition unit 12 acquires the car information including the open/close of a plurality doors provided in the car and the presence of the passenger of each of a plurality of seats provided in the car. Based on the car information, the controller 10 determines whether or not the display unit 15 is to be moved.
