Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily remove the burrs developed during the formation step of a lead-pin through hole assuring excellent electric insulation as well as excellent thermal conductivity compared with the case when the whole body is formed of an aluminum material having excellent deburring property.
CONSTITUTION: An aluminum made core material 3 is formed of three layered clad plate 2 with both side thereof covered with an aluminum-made surface material 4. At this time, the core material 3 is made of pure aluminum base material while the surface material 4 is made of aluminum alloy material having excellent burr removability.
