Abstract:
PURPOSE: To enable the transfer of a printed boards in both forward and backward directions for improving convenience to use by selecting programs stored in an ROM of a controller.
CONSTITUTION: A CPU of a controller controls a pulse motor on the basis of a selected transfer program to make feed claws 28, 29 of a transfer 20 abut against the rear end of a board 6 on a supply conveyer 12 or discharge conveyer 16 and XY table 9 and transfer the boards 6 in the right or left direction. The transfer 20 is horizontally moved along a ball spline 24 by a slide block 44 moved along a linear guide 45 through the movement of a belt wouned over a drive pulley 21 and driven pulley 22 rotated by the pulse motor.
