Abstract:
PURPOSE: To extract coffee of good taste even in the can coffee is extracted continuously by providing a suitable temperature lamp which is turned on by an output of a temperature sensor, when a hot water temperature in a hot water supply tank becomes a suitable temperature for extracting coffee, after a necessary time set by a timer elapses.
CONSTITUTION: The coffee brewer is prodded with a heater for heating hot water contained in a hot water supply tank, a suitable temperature thermostat 11a for detecting a fact that hot water heated thereby becomes a coffee extracting temperature, a timer 2 which can set arbitrarily a time required for extracting coffee, and a suitable temperature lamp 5 which is turned on by an output of the suitable temperature thermostat 11a, when a hot water temperature in the hot water supply tank becomes a suitable temperature for extracting coffee, after the necessary time set by the timer 2 elapses. According to such a constitution, the time required for extracting coffee of the timer 2, which is set arbitrarily can be extended, and even if it is detected that the suitable temperature thermostat 11a becomes a suitable temperature, a hot water temperature in the hot water supply tank can be raised by extending a heating time of hot water by the heater without turning on immediately the suitable temperature lamp 3.
