Abstract:

PURPOSE: To move a tool to a work point with a specified height irrespective of board warping without introducing a board warping correction mechanism to a board working robot.

CONSTITUTION: In a board working robot which displaces a nipper 6 to a work point on a board 8, the coordinates of the board 8 in a plurality of measurement points are measured by the output of a displacement sensor S. A virtual coordinate value of the board 8 in the work point is obtained from these plurality reference coordinate values. The work point of the nipper 6 is decided based on this virtual coordinate value.
