To provide a boarding notification system, management device, terminal device, and boarding notification method that can appropriately give a notification of attracting attention on a boarding delay as necessary.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal determines whether the mobile terminal is located in a boarding standby area of a flight on which a user of the mobile terminal will board, based on a reception state of a beacon signal transmitted from a beacon transmitter, when the mobile terminal is not located in the boarding standby area at a boarding start time set according to a departure time of the flight on which the user will board, an operation for a notification of attracting attention is started, and when the mobile terminal is located in the boarding standby area, the notification operation is stopped.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
