Abstract:

A thin plate-shaped chuck piece 13 curved or bent to be radially outwardly expanded by being axially compressed is mounted on an outer peripheral part 15 of a cylindrical member 9 in which a bobbin 8 is inserted, and the cylindrical member 9 is provided with an expansion and contraction driving device 16 for axially expanding and contracting the chuck piece 13.
