Abstract:

To provide a sheet processing device capable of folding a sheet at a predetermined folding position in a folding process, and an image forming device.

This sheet processing device is provided with first, second and third folding rollers, 255, 256, 264 for conveying a sheet P while folding the same into the Z-shape, a guide member 271 for guiding the sheet P folded by the first and second folding rollers 255, 256, and an abutting member 260 on which a fold obtained by one-folding of the sheet P guided by the guide member 271 is abutted. The guide member 271 is provided with a projection 271a near the abutting member, and the sheet P is curved by the projection 271a to be vertically stiffened.
