PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fluid component measurement device that can facilitate the measurement of a body fluid component by causing a body fluid coming out by puncturing to come in contact with a measurement chip more reliably.SOLUTION: A body fluid component measurement device including a puncture body that punctures the surface of a living body, and a measurement chip that is brought into contact with the body fluid of the living body and reacts to a predetermined component in the body fluid for measuring the predetermined component based on the reaction of the measurement chip to the predetermined component includes: a puncture passage that guides the puncture body to the surface of the living body and guides the body liquid coming out by the puncturing by the puncture body to the measurement chip by a capillary phenomenon.
