PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fluid component measurement device that can facilitate the measurement of a body fluid component by causing a body fluid coming out by puncturing to come in contact with a measurement chip more reliably.SOLUTION: A body fluid component measurement device includes a puncture body 23 that punctures the surface of a living body, and a measurement chip 22 that is brought into contact with the body fluid of the living body and reacts to a predetermined component in the body fluid, and measures the predetermined component based on the reaction of the measurement chip 22 to the predetermined component. The puncture body 23 is arranged so as to penetrate the measurement chip 22 and puncture the surface of the living body.
