Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the production efficiency and further, improve the forming accuracy by pressing a blank material by a locally intruding die, thereby enabling the blank to be quickly pressed. SOLUTION: The forming method of a car body panel comprises a procedure of closing a movable die 17 and a fixing die 18 mutually to hold the peripheral edge 13 of a bank material 11 and making a fluid 36 into a space of the fixed mold 17 in the heated state of the blank material 11 in a specified temperature to closely stick the blank material 11 to the fixed die 18 and pressurizing a locally intruding die 21 to non-closely stock sections 41, 42, 43 from the forming condition to couple with the die to effectuate bending forming.
