This apparatus is provided with a lower die 31 and an upper die 33 which are changeable in accordance with a shape to be formed, lower heaters 39 and upper heaters 52 for heating the lower die 31 and the upper die 33, a furnace body 58 with which the lower die 31 and the upper die 33 are enclosed so that the heat which is generated with the lower heaters 39 and the upper heaters 52 does not escape to the outside and transmitting members 37, 47 for transmitting pressurizing force from the side of the press to the lower die 31 and the upper die 33, and a lower connecting member 36 and an upper connecting member 51 for cooling with which the heat is made hard to be transferred from the lower die 31 and the upper die 33 to a bolster 65 and a ram 66 are provided in the connecting part between the press and the transmitting members 37, 47.
